Purple
Matter
Manifesto

Purple Matter helps you build your personal and career growth collective. Your partner for your growth story.

The current generation as a whole is among the most educated it has ever been, yet the future seems blurry. At least, for most of them. There are two existential problem statements we are dealing with today: “I am stuck” & “I don’t know what to do with my life.” Despite having a high flying start to our career, we are anxious about what the future beholds. We find ourselves stuck in our careers. We are lost. We worry we are falling short and do not know where to start. So, why is this happening?

According to a HBR report, “One reason for a mid-career crisis is that too much of your time at work is spent putting out fires and avoiding bad results, instead of pursuing projects with existential value—the kind that makes life worth living.” With an entire generation feeling disconnected from the future, it’s crucial to arm ourselves with practical insights which will help them slowly turn our ship around towards the distant lighthouse of hope and enlightenment which will build your portfolio of avatars and offer growth possibilities.

We will solve for this with what we call Purple Matter. Purple stands for wisdom and inspiration , it's a color that inspires change. Matter is literally stuff things are made of. Matter is the building block of everything around us. At its most basic level, it gives rise to profound and often unseen possibilities when it builds itself in patterns together. Purple Matter collectively comes together to make things real; it will enable you to give shape to things that matter to you, like your personal and professional goals.

With Purple Matter programs, we'll help you find real meaning in the world through that "matter" and its relation to what's happening all around you - including how it's relating to YOU! Through learning from experts in their fields, you'll be able to better craft your own professional journey with more support and strategic alignment than ever before. As a result, you will experience more of what makes the world turn and make sure that you're staying on top of its currents.

Through our Purple Matter Capital, we will work with founders who are committed to making a difference in the world through their personal missions. We love working with entrepreneurs who provide meaning to their work by building things that might otherwise not exist, and whose work is sure to leave the world a better place for people. These are the products that require you to take personal responsibility if you want them to evolve and become better or even necessary over time due to changing human behavior. Our investments in young founders from around the world will not only help you get your start but also support you along the way during your personal growth process as well as your entrepreneurial growth journey!

We build your matter bit by bit. Everything you do is a masterstroke towards building a masterpiece. And every new day presents us with a new chance to reinvent ourselves into who we truly wish to become. So go explore what type of life you want to create for yourself and enjoy this process of designing one that works for you.
